Does anyone know of a decent H3 100w led equivalent? Tia Eulb.

I will have to cut the wires and fit some proper led lamps @Marky-mark7810 do you have some prices ?
For example: A KL1001(24W) lamp has a theoretical output of 1400 lumens but an actual output of 850 lumens An N4402 (50W) lamp has a theoretical output of 6700 lumens but an actual output of 4200 lumens

Mixed Farmer Feb 15, 2013 13,067 24,614 198 Anston Farm, Dunsyre H3 55w bulbs put out about 1500 lumen of candle power. LED work lamps emit a white light which is nearer to daylight. 27W will be slightly brighter (about 1900 lumen), and you can fit double the number on the same fuse. There's LED versions of just about every make if you want to keep the looks of the original tractorJimbo

You need to change the whole light unit. as said you want the higher wattage LEDs not the cheap 11watt ones etc. I bought one of these recently as they are on offer https://www.vapormatic.co.uk/accessories-parts.ashx#part_list/VLC6111 it is good at least twice as good as the old LED light it replaced but is abit expensive and I have a vap account so got it trade price not rrp. I wouldn't want to pay full rrp for it as there are others that are half the price and just as good. What really sold it to me was rep said if I didn't like it he would have it back. I not sent it back, if they were cheaper I would buy another 2 for the van but will make do with my old ones for now.Does anyone know of a decent H3 100w led equivalent? Tia Eulb. Click to expand...

Jun 18, 2014 15 6 7 66 Atlantis Dont buy replacement LED bulbs as often the reflectors dont disperse the light correctly with a different design bulb. Buy a complete bolt on LED light. They work very well.DrDunc

Jun 18, 2014 15 6 7 66 Atlantis Check the Lumen output. 1000 and under are useless. I use 1650's. Bought on fleabay, work good, brighter than Xenons. Its all in the LumensBlue.
