Job Description

HRIS Manager. Remote. Pay to $60K plus benefits. Human Resources Information Systems Specialist. Must have excellent report report writing skills and systems maintenance experience. 

Job Duties Include:

  • Maintains HRIS Scheduling and billing System and Reporting Features
  • Ensure HRIS Is Working Properly and Customized
  • Trains customers on HR Systems
  • Ensures Tip Compliance Is Correct
  • Conducts Daily, Monthly and Weekly Employee Audits 
  • Creates Customized Reports and Analyses Employee Trends
  • Collaborate with process owners to identify, recommend, and implement best practices, and system improvements to support business goals
  • Other Duties As Assigned

 

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 Years HRIS Experience
  • Expert Level Excel Skills
  • College Degree Preferred
