SD1 S I was pretty sure I could play bluetooth through this head unit, it shows a bar in setup, "activate Bluetooth media" or something, but when I select media, I get a "No Media Available" message... No Navi and no backup camera #5 · Jun 24, 2020 I'm going to guess it's the RCD-510 (Premium 8) that model year had the 9w3 bluetooth module that does not include music streaming. You can upgrade it to the 9w7 module with a couple of extra wiring bits and a new module. A link for reading.

You don’t have the highline as no backup camera or navi. Think it’s the module version that doesn’t support it. You might also consider just upgrading the HU to a carplay/AA compatible RCD330G... also you can fit in a RCA backup camera with an adapter to stock pretty easily - RCD330G doesn’t need an adapter for the camera and comes with upgraded bluetooth built in - but need to check your gateway version for battery drain - but you should be fine with a 2010.. I assume I need to add a camera for the backup camera if I want that upgrade? #8 · Jun 27, 2020 If you want a backup camera on either I think it works with the RCD-510 but that one needs a stock camera or you can hookup a simple RCA camera and then add a adapter. I’ve found cheapest place for both is ebay but you have to really police the camera quality (field of view, low light display, etc). Couple good forums and videos if you search for how to tap power in the back and/or up near the head unit. I use a handle camera same as Audi Q5 and the new Tiguan as I have the wagon model.
