- 1.5. All images are subject to screening. If an image is rejected, it will not appear on the website and may be completely removed from OneSpotter.com.
- 1.6. An approved image may still be hidden from the aircraft or locomotive info page if another photo taken at the same location on the same day exists, or if a higher-quality image is available.
- 1.7. Screeners may update the tail number or unit number provided during the upload process if it does not match the aircraft or locomotive depicted in the photograph.
- 1.8. Uploaded images must be JPEG files with a minimum resolution of 1400×850 pixels. The file size must be between 100KB and 25MB. All photographs must have a landscape aspect ratio between 1.23 (16:13) and 2.0 (16:8).
- 1.9. Accepted photographs will automatically appear on OneSpotter.com.
- 1.10. Any images found to be in breach of these terms and conditions will be removed without warning. Users who upload content that violates these terms may be banned from using the website without prior notice. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to share any relevant user information with appropriate third parties if required by law. If you believe a member has violated these terms and conditions, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
- 1.11. The most common reasons for rejecting a photograph include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Underexposed/dark photograph
- Overexposed/too bright photograph
- Incorrect white balance
- Digital noise
- Horizon is not leveled
- Blurry lines
- Too many adjustments
- Aircraft/locomotive is not the main subject, it's too far or off-center
- Poor quality overall
- People faces in the photograph
- Text applied to the photograph (dates, names, etc.), except for personal copyright located in one of the lower corners
- Provided incorrect aircraft data (registration, manufacturer, type, MSN, airline)
- 1.12. All rejection decisions are final and cannot be appealed. Inquiries or feedback regarding rejected photographs will not receive a response.
- 1.12.1. User accounts may be temporarily or permanently blocked for re-uploading previously rejected photographs.
- 1.13. The number of photographs a user can submit is determined by several factors, including their rank, membership tier, and the average quality of previously uploaded images. Daily submission limits also apply, along with restrictions on the number of photos of the same aircraft taken on the same day.
- 1.14. Your photographs may be screened by other OneSpotter.com members as soon as they are uploaded.
- 1.15. Be respectful and avoid using profanity when posting comments or messaging other members. The messenger may be disabled, or your account could be permanently suspended if we receive multiple harassment complaints.
- 2.1. The information contained in OneSpotter.com is for general information purposes only. While we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. It might take up to a week for all the uploaded photographs to disappear from all the pages of the website.
- 3.8. For security and fraud prevention purposes, all banned user accounts are retained for one year. This ensures that previously banned users cannot re-register under the same credentials. If required by law enforcement or ongoing investigations, we may retain certain data beyond this period. After this period, their personal data is removed unless legal obligations require further retention.
- 3.9. All user accounts are automatically deleted if the email provided at registration hasn't been verified within a week.
- 3.10. You have the right to download, modify, and delete your data at any time. You can request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used format. If any information is incorrect, you have the right to request its correction. You may also request complete deletion of your account and associated personal data as outlined in section 3.7.

- 1.6. Прошедшее модерацию изображение может быть скрыто со страницы с информацией о воздушном судне или локомотиве, если в базе уже существует похожий снимок, сделанный, примерно, в то же время, с того же ракурса, лучшего качества.
- 1.7. Администрация оставляет за собой право изменять указанные бортовые номера в случае их несоответствия.
- 1.8. Разрешение загружаемых изображений должно быть не менее 1400 на 850 пикселей, а размер файла не менее 100КБ и не более 25МБ. Допустимый формат - JPEG. Все фотографии должны иметь соотношение сторон от 1.23 (16:13) до 2 (16:8).
- 1.9. Большинство загружаемых фотографий прошедших модерацию автоматически попадают на страницу информации о воздушном судне. Ресурс является полностью открытым.

- "Заваленный" горизонт
- Нечеткие контуры объекта съемки
- Излишнее кол-во примененных изменений ("фотошоп")
- Объект съемки располагается на втором плане, слишком далеко, или в углу кадра
- Низкое качество снимка
- Лица людей в кадре
- Нанесенный на фото текст (даты, имена, и т.п.), кроме собственного имени, расположенного в одном из углов
- Отсутствие бортового номера у воздушного судна
- Указаны некорректные данные ВС (номер, производитель, тип, серийный номер, авиакомпания)
- 1.12. Решение отклонить фотографию является окончательным и не может быть обжаловано. Любые письма или фидбеки, касающиеся отклоненных фотографий будут игнорироваться.
- 1.12.1. Аккаунт пользователя может быть заблокирован на определенное время (или насовсем, в случае неоднократных нарушений) за повторную загрузку ранее отклоненных фотографий.
- 1.13. Количество фотографий, которые участник может загрузить на сайт, ограничено.
