East Sussex English, UK I have set my googlemail browser to French as the default language, and I am getting "champ cc" for carbon copy and "champ Cci" for blind CC. Can anyone assist in what these abbreviations stand for, I am familiar with the diverse uses of champ similar to field in English, but my online dictionary does not cover its use in this context? With thanks! S

East Sussex English, UK Ah just got it! it was the champ aspect that was troubling me, then I realised that it is idiosyncratic that in French, they specify the area, or "champ" so, it is the CC or CCI field, or "champ".
