Chien-Ying Chang (1913 - 2003) was active/lived in China. Chien Ying Chang is known for Watercolor paintings and silk pattern designs. Biography photo for Chien-Ying Chang Zhang Qianying was a Chinese artist who studied under Xu Beihong and attended Nanjing University for art. She was awarded a scholarship to study at the Slade School of Art in London, where she lived for the next 50 years. During her time in Britain, she became a member of the Royal Academy, the Royal Society of Painters in Watercolour, and the Society of Women Artists.
