Size and weight are big decision factors when you are trying to find the ideal camera for your needs. In this section, we are going to illustrate the Fujifilm X-T3 and Fujifilm X-H1 side-by-side from the front, back and top in their relative dimensions. Fujifilm X-T3 has external dimensions of 133 x 93 x 59 mm (5.24 x 3.66 x 2.32″) and weighs 539 g (1.19 lb / 19.01 oz) (including batteries). Fujifilm X-H1 has external dimensions of 140 x 97 x 86 mm (5.51 x 3.82 x 3.39″) and weighs 673 g (1.48 lb / 23.74 oz) (including batteries).
Below you can see the front-view size comparison of the Fujifilm X-T3 and the Fujifilm X-H1. Fujifilm X-T3 is clearly the smaller of the two cameras. Its body is 7mm narrower, 4mm shorter and 27mm thinner than Fujifilm X-H1.
Here is the back view size comparison of the Fujifilm X-T3 and Fujifilm X-H1.
Now lets look at the top view comparison of Fujifilm X-T3 and Fujifilm X-H1.Weight is another important factor, especially when deciding on a camera that you want to carry with you all day. Fujifilm X-T3 is significantly lighter (134g ) than the Fujifilm X-H1 which may become a big advantage especially on long walking trips.
Also keep in mind that body weight is not the only deciding factor when comparing two interchangeable camera bodies, you also have to take into account the lenses that you will be using with these bodies. Since both Fujifilm X-T3 and Fujifilm X-H1 have the same Fujifilm X lens mount and APS-C sized sensors, lenses will not be a differentiator on total size of the system.

X-T3 X-H1 Min Average Max Weather SealingBoth the X-T3 and the X-H1 have weather sealings in their bodies, making them resistant to water and dust.
LCD Screen Size and FeaturesFujifilm X-T3 and Fujifilm X-H1's LCD screens have the same diagonal size of 3.00 inches.
Both cameras feature Tilting screens where you can change the angle of the screen to make it easier to shoot from waist or over-the-head levels. Fujifilm X-T3 has a 26.0MP APS-C (23.5 x 15.6 mm ) sized X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor and features X-Processor 4 processor. On the other hand, Fujifilm X-H1 has a 24.0MP APS-C (23.5 x 15.6 mm ) sized CMOS sensor and features X-Processor Pro processor.Another similarity between these two cameras is that both Fujifilm X-H1 and Fujifilm X-T3 sensors lack anti-alias (Low-Pass) filters. Removing anti-alias filter increases the sharpness and level of detail but at the same time, it increases the chance of moiré occurring in certain scenes.
Below you can see the X-T3 and X-H1 sensor size comparison.
Fujifilm X-T3 and Fujifilm X-H1 have the same sensor sizes so they will provide same level of control over the depth of field when used with same focal length and aperture. On the other hand, since Fujifilm X-H1 has 8% larger pixel area (15.28µm2 vs 14.12µm2) compared to Fujifilm X-T3, it has larger pixel area to collect light hence potential to have less noise in low light / High ISO images.
The number of available lenses is a big deciding factor when choosing your interchangeable lens camera. Fujifilm X-T3 and Fujifilm X-H1 have the same Fujifilm X lens mount and currently there are 117 native lenses available for these cameras.
Another important factor is the availability of image stabilization. Fujifilm X-H1 has a big advantage in this regard because it has a sensor based image stabilization which means that all the lenses mounted to this body will be stabilized. X-H1's built-in Image stabilization system is effective for compensating vibration up to 5.5-stops according to CIPA standards. On the other hand, Fujifilm X-T3 doesn't have this feature so you have to buy a lens with optical stabilization feature. Currently there are 20 lenses for Fujifilm X mount with Optical Image Stabilization features.
