Etymology

From Proto-Vietic *r-kaː. Cognate with Muong Bi ca, Thavung กา. Compare Khmer រកា (rɔkaa, “Year of the Rooster”).

The sense of "inexperienced" comes from a ranking in the video game Gunbound.[1]
