nick13 N Monokey M5 and M7 - what's the difference between those two plates? Are they flat on bottom, so I can bolt them to my existing rack? I think I saw some other pics of them and they were not flat on bottom. The M7 shape has been changed and new bumper material added to keep them from sticking. Both require the GIVI mounting arms. They will not fit to any other rack without making some type of custom bracket to fit or purchasing an adaptor. If you plan to mount something to the OEM rack, you need the Monokey universal mounting plate E251. Givi E251 Universal Monokey Top Case Adapter Plate - RevZilla
