Bandit_Bill My bike is a 2019 DL1000. I already bought this Outback Trekker 42L 275281 and this SR3112 275282 My question is now do I need to buy this M7 Monokey Plate 275285 Are the M7 Monokey plates all the same or are they bike specific. Was the SR3112 Kit necessary or is it just for additional weight support? My dealers part department didn't mention that I needed the M7 plate, I believe they thought the brackets I purchased was the plate itself. #1 · Jul 26, 2020 (Edited) My bike is a 2019 DL1000. The directions for the brackets you bought specify that they are for use with the M5/M7 plates

Sure would have been nice if the parts department at my dealership would have ordered the combo kit, seeing I still have a $225 credit with them, but no big deal. I’ll order the generic M7 plate on it’s own. Thanks again! Insert Quotes Post Reply
