Account Operation Associate - GF Expansion Commercial Team

The day-to-day activities

  1. Set up multiple types of promotion and visibility on Apps GrabFood, ensure its correction, consistency and relevance, according to the given platforms & campaigns.

  2. Build and own internal processes/trackers within the Expansion Commercial Team, also align with external processes with very committed delivery time.

  3. Support to recruit & optimize operations processes to maximize the number of merchants joining GrabFood’s campaigns.

  4. Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross functional teams including Content, Marketing, Marketplace team, and provide actionable feedback based on business priorities.

The potential candidate looks like:

  1. Good written and verbal communication skills, to collaborate cross functionally.

  1. Proficiency in Excel/GoogleSheet is a must and data analysis will be a plus.

Logical thinking and optimisation mindset.

  1. Ability to learn quickly, be proactive & supportive. Able to work independently and in a long distance context with teammates.

  1. The ability to adapt to changes and meet the business needs in a fast-paced environment

  1. Basic English knowledge.

No experience needed, fresh graduates are welcome, but should be a quick learner.
