We are looking for 01 motivated people to join our Product Team. Candidates with ability to learn and adapt quick, having excellent problem solving and communication skill are the best fit for the job.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Working closely with Product Owner Leader, Head of Product and BOD in all activities related to new fin-tech product development align with company‘s strategies.

- Contribute to technology strategy and roadmaps for product lines.

- Be internal expert of Products/Services.

- Elicit business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

- Consult idea and write instructional documents for development team.

- Visualize the GUI: create prototype, wireframes, mockups/screens, user flow and process models.

- Ensure solutions are consistent with business objectives and strategy and company technology standards.

- Verifying product quality; Support UAT in testing.

- Responsible for collaborating with other departments to monitor Manage relationships and collaborating with other departments including marketing, Business team, Technical team, Finance team, Operation, R&D…

- Working with Development team following Agile Scrum model.

- Design UX/CX for Product/Service to make the best experience for user.

- Up-to-date product trends, competitor’s products

REQUIREMENT:

1. Basic requirements:

- Language: Proficient in English.

2. Qualifications:

- Education qualification: Bachelor in Information Technology/business:

- Have passion for creating and delivering products;

- A logical and critical thinking person with ability to analyze data;

- A team player who can work both as individual and as a team;

- Having a strong sense of ownership, being open-minded and eager to learn

- Attitude: Be honest, proactive, enthusiastic at work and able to work under pressure
