Car(s) 07 GOLF GTI MKV and op to answer your question.just open the bonnet. unscrew the hatch for the lights, look inside, u will see metal clips.pinch them, move them down and to the side and the the bulb housing will just slide out. thats to memory so might be a little different. you cant go wrong just dont touch your new bulb with your bear hands, use a tissue or sumit. Location new york a new bulb from vw is around $150 and then it wont match the other so you might as well by both, to do it the easiest way is taking off the bumper, then taking out the headlights and change the bulb and reinstall everything melancholygypsy
