Samus0075 3 years ago#1I am at 56 pity and the next gold will be a Banner character but I am building Eula and it will be C2 if I wait . Is Hu Tao much better than Xiangling ?
BeckyBoo 3 years ago#2I mean she's stronger in isolation but assuming your Xiangling is in some sort of national team variation rather than as a main DPS she'll ultimately be roughly as effective.

If you don’t want Hu Tao, don’t pull for Hu Tao - same for any other five star, really.Xiangling and Hu Tao are as good as each other anyway. Xiangling even has an edge over her a lot of the time.I main Xiao.

Both need a hydro like Xingqiu or Childe to really shine. A Childe/Xiangling team has the edge vs multiple enemies, and Hu/Xingqiu single target I'd say.

No, they don't. I use Xiangling with Ganyu for reverse-melts. And I also use her with Noelle as just passive extra damage. Whereas Hu Tao is more linked to XQ since she's on-field.Meta-averse

Sure, I use her with Gan too but I didn't think we were talking about enabler roles. My point was strictly in relation to utilising both as DPS, on or off field, which generally requires both Bennett and a Hydro for Xiangling. Whales use Hu for burst spam but it's not super relevant to the question.

NamSane 3 years ago#9Just save. It doesn’t seem like you’re overly excited about the idea of having her. Just save for who you know you would definitely want.
IndigoIce 3 years ago#10Perfect team that maximises dps exists but that doesn't mean other team compositions are useless. You're spending 99% of the time in the open world and domains anyway, not abyss.You can use Hutao and Xiangling together. Without any help from Xingqui, Hutao is still a beast.You only need to consider whether you like the idea of farming Crimson Witch artifacts for several weeks. You need min 50% crit rate and 200% crit dmg.
