im confused, is the G37 faster than the G35? im comparing auto coupe to auto coupe i heard that they are heavier so they are both about the same, and I also heard that the G37 does 0 60 in 5.3 seconds which is a lot faster than the G35. Infiniti got too many complaints about the G35 having too much power and just being uncontrollable and impossible to drive. So they put a bigger engine with less power to slow it down so an average man can handle the raw power. Reply Like

G37 might just have +30hp SAE rated but it has a flatter torque curve and a redline of 7500RPM. Does anyone remember if the gearing is shorter for the G37? I think it might be something like 3.7 FD but don't quote me on that where the G35 was 3.5 FD and the G35 auto was 3.3FD. We have owned both We have owned both vehicles and I can confirm that the G37S accelerates far faster than the g35s. I wouldn't say far faster but but it was enough for me to notice the difference. Crazy! A family car that will smoke most muscle cars! Love the car with all of its four doors Reply Like Ccrawler40 View Public Profile Find all posts by Ccrawler40 View iTrader Profile Thread Tools
