Sep 28, 2016 17 0 1,520 Hey guys not asking for which mouse is better, would just like to know if anyone that has the G502 experiences, when moving the mouse horizontal, a slight upward & downward diagonal pull? When moving the G700s to the right, there is a slight upward diagonal pull, when moving left there is a slight downward diagonal pull. (Terrible thing to have when playing precision shooters) The G700s has this problem cause of it's "high quality innovative sensor" and would like to know if the G502 has this same problem before purchasing it Thanks!! Nov 20, 2012 1,573 5 12,460 The sensors in both are solid. If you're seeing that kind of diagonal drift, it's probably how you're holding it. Adjust you posture to see if it helps. Longer, full grip mice have less of an issue with this, so it may be worth trying the G502 out. After all, comfort plays a huge role in the accuracy of gaming mice. I've never had that issue with the G5, G500, G500s, or the G502. I've had 1 x G5, 1 x G500, 3 x G500s, and 5 x G502. (I use them for work as well as at home.) Upvote 0 Downvote J

Unfortunately it's not due to the way I'm holding it, I hold every mouse I've ever owned the same way, this mouse experiences diagonal pulling, a google search shows I'm not alone with this problem. G700s is the only mouse I've experienced this on, I loved the G500s but had to swap it out due to bad manufacturing (double left click, prevalent bug) Glad to hear you've never had the problem with the g502, thank you for the reply. Does anyone else have any experience with the g502 to back up the nerd 389's comment? Upvote 0 Downvote J

Sep 28, 2016 17 0 1,520 Just in case anyone is having the same problem/has the same questions, here's your answer. The reason the g700s has such a wonky ass "horizontal line" is simply due to it's odd shape, everyone who owns the g700s knows as comfortable as it may be it is an odd shape. The way the mouse sits in your hand means that the movement that would naturally be a nice horizontal line on any other mouse is a 20-40 degree diagonal scroll. The sensor is fine, despite what I previously said, it's the shape/design. Got my g502 today, works like a charm, nice horizontal line. feels great in hand, is almost the same size as the g700s except slightly smaller height wise. Length is the same. Soz that my answer is written up like shit, but you get the point xx Cya Upvote 0 Downvote You must log in or register to reply here.
