The Blackwire 700 Series is available with four models – C720 (standard), C710 (standard), C720-M (Microsoft) and C710-M (Microsoft). Standard version is built for UC applications and softphones from Avaya, Cisco, IBM, Skype and more while Microsoft-certified version is optimized for Microsoft Lync 2010 and Microsoft OCS 2007. C720 is for dual ear wearing with hi-fi stereo sound and C710 is for single ear wearing. Choose the one which fits you most.
Dual connectivityThe Blackwire 700 Series headsets feature a USB cord and Bluetooth technology - combining the comfort and durability of corded with the freedom and flexibility of wireless. It offers simple USB connectivity to your PC and Bluetooth connectivity to your mobile phone and tablet. Ideal for knowledge workers who need a seamless solution for managing calls on their PC, mobile phone or tablet, the Blackwire 700 Series is the most integrated, premium headset for UC.
Smart sensor technologyExperience industry-first Smart Sensor technology that lets you answer a call by simply putting on the headset, or pause mobile device media playback by taking it off – making it the most productive and versatile “corded” headset on the market.
Unmatched sound clarityThe Blackwire 700 Series offers premium PC wideband audio with noise-canceling microphone, Digital Signal Processing (DSP) for natural voice sound, and SoundGuard for protection against audio spikes – making it ideal for conference calls, webinars, listening to music and other multi-media. The 700 Series C720 also offers hi-fi stereo sound. The Dynamic EQ feature optimizes your voice quality when on calls and automatically adjusts the EQ settings when you’re listening to music or multi-media. Integrated A2DP lets you listen to streaming media from your mobile device, including your favorite songs, podcasts and more.
Wearing style optionsThe Blackwire 700 Series comes with two user wearing options: hi-fi stereo (dual ear) C720 for those who want a richer, more immersive audio experience or mono (single ear) C710 for users who prefer to leave one ear open to their environment. Both feature a lightweight headband for all day comfort.
Enhanced mobilityIdeal for those who need a seamless solution for managing calls on their PC, mobile phone or tablet, this versatile headset goes beyond providing outstanding PC audio quality, allowing you to take your mobile calls with you! A detachable cable and integrated clothing clip provide in-office mobility with up to 10 hours of talk time. The headset also features ear cushions that fold flat for storage in the durable, portable carrying case – great for when you want to take the headset on the road.
Software enabled functionalityWith Plantronics Spokes software, you can get the added value of call control across multiple softphones, headset battery status display in PC icon tray, headset control panel and automatic UC presence update when on PC and mobile* calls.
