Plantronics Blackwire C720-M Headset

The state-of-the-art headsets in the Blackwire C720-M series allow you to seamlessly integrate PC/Mac and Bluetooth devices such as mobile phones and tablets. The C720-M is optimised for Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams

This corded headset comes with a detachable USB cable with inline controls for answering and ending calls and adjusting volume and a clothing clip for easy wearing.

The sound quality of the headsets in this series is quite extraordinary, with wideband audio, noise cancelling technology, DSP processing for face-to-face quality conversations and Dynamic EQ technology, which automatically adjusts audio settings depending on whether you are using the headset for listening to media, or for telephone conversations.

Plantronics’ revolutionary Smart Sensor™ technology allows you to answer calls by simply putting the headset on, or pause media streaming by taking it off and the Smart Call Transfer feature automatically routes mobile calls to the headset if you have it on – this headset literally knows when you are wearing it. Other features include indicator lights on the headset that let your colleagues know when you are on a call and SoundGuard protection against sudden loud noises.

The lightweight headband and soft foam or leatherette ear pads make this a supremely comfortable headset, even if you wear it all day. The Blackwire C720-M binaural version is ideal if you need to concentrate fully on your calls with no distractions.

Hearing Aid Compatible

This headset is hearing aid compatible (assuming telecoil feature is available in the hearing aid). This headset is also an approved HAC product by Poly (Plantronics). Please see the following document for more info Click HERE
