Hi guys, My 2008 Polo 9n's radio is in safe mode (when turned on it only displays "SAFE" then "1000" after a few seconds) in this mode the radio doesn't work. After troubleshooting online I found that simply entering a code specific to the radio would reset the radio to its working state. Now I know the code is supposed to be found in the owners manual which I don't have, but I think I found it on the radio itself. My problem is I don't know the sequence of button pressing in order to enter code properly. If anyone knows what I am talking about and can help, I'd seriously appreciate it.
