With your drivers side door open the panel is on the side of the drivers side dash there is a cover that pops off to gain access.

I have the same problem as you where there is no power to the radio, Sorry do you have a picture of the fuse 37? Took a chunk of time to figure out where the Germans had hidden the fuse panel, but then a quick fuse reboot and we are good to go!
