I don't even remember signing up for this crappy website and people are right they keep sending emails even though I have closed my account and now I gave 25 hours notice or I will have to take further about actions against them it's harassment and stalking basically. Clearly nobody should ever sign up with these people because it's a scam and annoying every 5 minutes you unsubscribe and yet another email comes through . Ok response to your response I guess I had an account but recently cancelled because of all your nonstop emails that I still can't unscribe myself from and you sent me an email in German or whatever language so I couldn't even read it. Just stop messing with people and if they say stop sending emails stop but no I still get them 10 times a day

How credible can a business platform…
How credible can a business platform when i have unsubscribed 5 times and i am still getting messages every other day. Do not signup here. And also, no real value. "The German Linkedin" they say. Germans are not known for their sense of humor so i am not sure who came up with this.

i created my IT profil with all certificates, and experience and skills, then i decided to use projobs subscription with 60$ for 3 months, they force you to select 3 months instead of 1 month, now i understand why because they are sure nobody will use it after first month thats why they obligate to book 3 months, after the projobs subscription now from 50 days i got 1 recruiter view and this was from a person which i applied manually to his job. against what they said normally they say we will show your profil to 20000 of recruiter ! honestly ! i didnt even get single view from this subscription.

The job adverts do not generate applications and the portal isn't user friendly. I contacted customer service several times by email and they were unhelpful. When I submitted a complaint, I eventually received a call from a customer service agent but she seemed to not know about my complaint, and said she would call back. She didn't. I requested the vacancy and my account be cancelled which they refused despite it being their policy you can cancel within 14 days. Despite chasing for a follow up, no one has addressed my complaint.

This Xing app should be removed from Google Play Store, here is why:The app is hyper sensitive of hacking. İt is a very unstable safety that one of the login/logout. The app oftentimes automatically sign out the account. İt is designed only for Germany and the rest of Europe can't speak and if someone of the German Heads of the platform try to contact you, they will not be nice but they will tendentially try to kick you away if you are not a German born citizen. Only for that. They were also helped by Chineses in 2016 (from where the name of the social comes from) as Hamburg and other cities coworked in team with Shangai and other Chinese metropolitan cities. Despite this there are 80% only and only German users in 2024. As for now İ recommed to 7billion of users to refrain to trust this app. İt is a mere loss of time and a soft-racist one platform.

We are client and we dont have the right support from the company.For 8 months trying to receive some paperwork to audit the tool and they keep avoiding and not answering emails.I have reached out to customer support which they reply the ticket and then disappear.I am at the point to cancel the contract but without any reply, I am not even able to do it.

well it used to be great, I received lots of hits and messages from recruiters, nowadays it's dead. My profile was always filled out and now I see it says '30%' complete, because they have changed it. There is a structural problem with these univited middle men. In theory a well run business social media site is a great idea and will work, but the company running it seeks to interfere more and more into the private relationship of the users and place further demands on the provision of information. Finallly of course they demand fees and by monopolising the market can effectively blackmail the users so it becomes a form of financial extortion. And of course it's digital bureaucracy, all bureaucracies eventually kill the the thing they are meant to serve and subsequently die...

I had my credit card changed, and Xing sent me several warnings about service debt collection. I eventually signed in and canceled my subscription for service that I don't use. However, even though it says my subscription is canceled and I don't have Premium membership, they still want to charge me for full year of usage, even though they don't provide me with service. Instead of normally canceling my account for non-payment and allowing for grace period of 1-2 months for me to decide - they force you to pay even though you don't want to use them. This is least to say scam. I have stopped paying LinkedIn few years ago in a same manner, and everything went without any problems - they canceled my membership as I wanted. STAY AWAY FROM XING in huge radius - worthless service - terrible customer experience.
