Why Early Access?

“🚀 Embracing the Indie hustle with just the two of us! 😅 When we first dived into development, the latest updates were changing rapidly. We made sure to understand most of the details of these everchanging headsets before we planned on unleash our simulation. 🕺 This journey has been nothing short of a wild ride! Hold on tight, launch day is on the horizon.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We were working to release within a few months, then COVID😟, then we had to get other jobs🥺, BUT NOW WE ARE BACK! 😁”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will include more interactions with virtual students for practicing moves, enhanced audio, and refined animations and educational materials. We're also planning support more VR headsets.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is ready with limited player/virtual partner interaction. We'd like to hear your feedback on how comfortable and useful it feels before moving forward. It supports OpenXR systems, and has the dance lesson animation content, audio and controls complete.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We've set the main basic movements and patterns for salsa in the dance lessons for this current price. However if there's a large demand for more content on the basic lessons we would raise the price gradually to accommodate for further motion capture, teacher salaries, and post processing refinement for VR.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We've seen and played dance games in the past were you might end up with memorized knowledge of a choreography, but nothing you can use in the real world and in real situations. We would like to achieve the opposite, and teach dancing for the real world using virtual tools. We have great teachers, but none of them learned in a virtual environment, so with the help of the community we can explore this new medium and make it effective for everyone.” Read more VR Only
