Therefore, unless you formed Germany via the gutter crown event, it sounds like you only formed the North German Federation. That's certainly not a bad move on your part, for it makes forming Germany proper even easier! You need the other two South German states in your sphere so you can enact the "Three hurahs for Germany!" decision to form the German Empire proper. Additionally, you can also try wrestling Luxembourg into your sphere (likely) from France's and fight a long war against Austria to knock them out of Great Power status and then force them into your sphere via wargoal before enacting that decision so you can form Super Germany, the unmatched 18 million manpower juggernaught! #1 p2 View Profile View Posts 22 Feb, 2018 @ 4:31pm

Definitely not straight lying, formed Germany as you normally do using three hurrahs event annexing everything you normally do including Luxembourg but Bavaria was still free. It makes it look like Barvaria simply regained it's independance though revolt and therefore that's what I personally am going with. Although... it is the 1850s which does greatly increase it being due to the gutter crown event, though you claim you did it via three hurrahs despite gutter crown being the only way your story would make any sense. Or heck, you meantioned a cheat code, so maybe you used others which somehow made this craziness possible, in which case, the joke's on you! Karma FTW!!!
