I had a partial knee replacement and was looking for exercises that would help strengthen my hamstring on the applicable leg. One of the physical therapists recommended a stretch band and I subsequently purchased one from Vive. It is the right size and is doing the job I purchased it for.

Very well made. The instruction booklet is very helpful. There is a photo demonstrating each stretch along with a graphic showing the muscles being stretched. Very helpful. The only improvement I see would be to have the booklet fit into the bag along with the strap.
