Description

Tamiya - Metal Primer (40ml) 

Metal that is exposed to the elements requires a primer before it can be painted. It is used to coat other metals such as steel to prevent oxidation. In the case of tin as with pre-painted metals, primer is used primarily to provide a bonding surface for the paint. Photo-etched, aluminum, die-cast and other metal components can add great detail to your plastic model, but special care is needed when painting them - this product has been developed to aid in that process.
