The Triumph Tiger has been the go-to adventure motorcycle in India since the time it was launched. Its sheer ability trumped everything else and for years there wasn’t even a clear competitor to the Tiger 800. But things have begun to change. The recently launched BMW F 750 GS and the F 850 GS have been aggressively priced and match the Tiger XR and the Tiger XCx feature for feature. However, the 2018 Tigers are a force to reckon with and with over 200 changes made to the new Tigers, this segment has now become rather fiercely contested.

We have compared the road oriented Tiger 800 XRx and Tiger 800 XR with the F 750 GS and the off-road focussed Tiger 800 XCx with the F 850 GS spec for spec.
