Before updating to Klite codec pack 16.x (should be around MPCHC 1.9.9.0), I had shortcut to MPCHC like this: "C:\Program Files (x86)\K-Lite Codec Pack\MPC-HC64\mpc-hc64.exe" https://github.com/iptv-org/iptv/raw/master/streams/is.m3u This way, it opened the m3u playlist in MPCHC and i was able to choose stream using the playlist.

Since 1.9.9.1 playlist won't load (MPCHC opens, freeze for 1mn, try to open file for 30s, then says "cannot read file") and i have to do the extra steps like copy url, "file > open file" and paste URL there.

I waited until Klite codec pack 17.0.0 (MPCHC 1.9.21.24) but it hasn't been fixed so I report.
