Great fit joggers/sweat pants

Great fit joggers/sweat pants. I ordered a pair over 6months ago. They got a tear in the butt area. I emailed the company and Chris ended up giving me a gift card towards my next purchase, even though I bought the joggers over 6 months ago. The customer service is prompt, polite, and helpful. I will continue to be ordering from VQ fit!

No dispatch after 11 days

I ordered few things on 26/9 and it's been 11 days and still haven't recieved dispatch confirmation e-mail. I texted them few days ago, they replied and told me the dispatch should be within 48-72hrs. Guess what.. 110€ gone and nothing in return. Vanquish I expect you to explain yourself. Order 402381

2 minutes agoAbsolutely fantastic service from Chris in customer service as I received delivery of my joggers which had a small tear so without any issues he arranged for a replacement pair sent out immediately, 10/10 and the joggers are spot on, perfect fit, comfortable & fantastic quality, will be purchasing more very soon

Absolute shamble company - STAY AWAY

Absolute shamble company, STAY AWAY. Placed an order two weeks ago, one week later I asked where my order was and they said they wanted a scan of my passport to verify my details. I've heard it all, a fitness brand asking for a copy of very sensitive information. The order was for my husband, so I had to give them my passport picture so he could get his birthday gift. Fast foward another week later and after numerous emails saying it would have been dispatched, it hasn't.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Been a week £120 spent and nothing, no apology for being late, no tracking email to say its sent, shockingly bad, 1st time using these never again 🤬Edit : I just dont understand everyone praising the customer service, yet they left people waiting 7 days to 14 days to weeks with no correspondence or answers to where our orders was, only thing I can say was good was I cancelled the items 10 days in with full refund..... ShameJake Powell has left exactly the same worded review 3 times since September 🤔
