Absolutely love this brand

Absolutely love this bran. I have been a loyal customer for the past 5 years, and have had nothing but positive experiences. The style and quality of the brand is amazing and highly durable. The only time there was an issue with a pair of shorts after I put them through the wash, and unfortunately the lettering came off, and this has only happened to me one time. I reached out the customer service - who was Melissa, and I was met with kindness and an urge to help resolve this issue. Melissa was nothing but polite and helpful throughout our communication. I was given an option to be refunded by a gift card or to be sent the same short size and colour, which I opted for the gift card. This brand never fails to disappoint, and I highly urge everyone to buy from this brand. Cheers the VQ team 🤙🏻

Amazing customer service

Had a few issues with my order and I can’t even express how QUICKLY the team at vanquish sorted it out. My queries were answered within 10 minutes and Melissa couldn’t have been more helpful. Don’t find customer service this good anymore, thank you guys!

Chris at VQ

Chris at VQI contacted VQ after I found a hole in the fleece bottoms I recently bought. Chris was polite and very helpful and gave me a choice of a replacement or a gift certificate including postage. I opted for the gift certificate. This was done very quickly and efficiently; I couldn't ask for more and Chris was superb throughout.

Amazing brand and customer service

A very reliable and quality clothing range for gym and general wear. Have been satisfied since first buying years ago and quality has only improved. Amazing quality!

Amazing quality!I have now acquired shorts - sports bra - sweaters and I must say I am impressed with the quality Sad there is no sizes - which says a lot - clearly in demand I like the return option also for additional credit? Will buy again and again!

After switching from another well known brand I can safely say it was the decision I ever made, the quality of clothing and range of pieces makes me want to buy again and again!I had a small issue with one of the items received and was pleasantly surprised with how quick and easy customer service made the whole process of reimbursement! If you haven’t bought from them yet, you need too!

The clothes from Vanquish are super comfortable and the shipping was also very fast.. in case of problems the customer service was fast and good. Melissa had helped me as a customer service employee very well with my problem and presented me with several solutions. You can only recommend the brand.

Purchased some joggers which I’ve had…

Purchased some joggers which I’ve had no problems with but I contacted customer service regarding my reward points and just a general question. I’ve done this 6 times and ABSOLUTELY no response what so ever. This is shocking and frustrating. They have gone down in my estimation. Will go to Gymshark instead. Update: a further 4 emails asking a question. Still no response. Proberly the worse customer service I have come across. Avoid at all costs if you have an issue with an order! You won’t get a response!Update 2: Yes you did respond. It only took 11 tries and 1 week later. But Far too late. I’ve gone to gymshark.
