Copy Black Cow 3⁄4 oz Light rum, Flor de Caña Dry 4 3⁄4 oz Bourbon 3⁄4 oz Averna 3⁄4 oz Milk (clarified; see Notes) 1⁄4 oz Simple syrup 2 ds Cardamom bitters, Fee Brothers 1 Brandied cherry (as garnish) Instructions

Stir; strain; up; garnish.

Notes

To make clarified milk: Heat a quart of whole milk to 181°F. Add juice of a lemon and let curdle; strain.
