YOUR CRABCAKES ARE MADE FRESH THEN FROZEN. Your Crabcakes may arrive thawed and cold. Continue thawing and cook within 72 hours or put them in the freezer to enjoy at a later date. You may refreeze the gel packs for use later.
TO COOK your Crabcakes, just heat your oven to 475 degrees. Use a nonstick cooking spray on a cookie sheet (or something similar) place your thawed crabcakes on the cookie sheet and into the oven they go!
Chesapeake Bay Crabcakes: Bake for 7 to 12 minutes or until golden brown on the outside.
Check the bottom once or twice to make sure the bottom is not burnt. Do not fry our Crabcakes as they will break.
