LOL I freaked out about this too in my first pregnancy... they will go back to normal soon after you stop BF! My boobs were horrifying to me, they were huge to start (34E) and then once my milk came in I looked like a porn star with gross nipples! Once I weaned my daughter they took a couple months to go back to normal and luckily they went back to their original form - nips and boobs both.
