Tried looking here and there, can't find anything concrete. Someone able to calc his/her height in cutscenes?

6 feet. http://www.biowarestore.com/commander-shepard-16-scale-threezero-figure.html This saute is 12 inches tall, it's 1/6 of Shepard's height. 12 times 6 = 72 inches = 6 feet It's 4AM and I'm exceptionally tired, my math may be off.

Their was graphics bug so all the characters have to be approximately the same height, that's why all the female characters wear heels. Lore wise I'd guess 5 6 ish, that's average height.

Click to shrink...That's average height today who knows by the time ME takes place...it's quite possible women in the ME universe are on average 6 feet as well.

Banned I don't personally see why genetic mods should be used to make soldiers taller. As you get beyond a certain level of tallness your body can't handle its own size. Due to square cube law, you'll have bones that are having trouble supporting the body, more blood pressure is needed to pump blood through your body bringing all the problems of blood pressure sicknesses to the ''game'', you'll have less skin area to radiate the heat your body mass produces thanks to square cube law, your heart would be hard pressed to provide your body with blood, etc... IIRC around 7 feet is the maximum height you can be with still being able to live healthily. From there up people have had all sorts of problems I mentioned. Like there was a guy over eight feet tall and his heart couldn't take it for long and he died of heart attack. And people that tall almost certainly have a need to use walking sticks. So around 6 feet tall is a very good height for a human. It's something our bodies can handle without problems. Why you want to do something as inane as increase the height, is beyond me. Rabiddog

It might just be a biproduct of gene mods not some deliberate thing. Or it could be because if all soldiers are six feet tall you reduce the amount of armor designs you need I guess. Tyzuris

Click to shrink...A 7ft soldier is also going to have 1.59 times the body mass of a similar proportioned 6ft soldier. It means 1.59 times more body mass to feed. With the food for a hundred 7ft soldiers, you can make food for 159 6ft soldiers if we assume every soldier eats the same amount and the amount they need.
