All we can verify is their height in relation to each other--though if you stand them next to something with a definite height (Mako? Elevator?) and get the camera just right, you can probably extrapolate a numerical height. I always thought her height ranged from 5'8 to 6'0. Miranda is probably one of the shortest given the fact that she does wear 2 or 3-inch(?) heels that puts her close to Shepard's height. They're already slightly inconsistent; when drinking, she puts the glass to her eye, with the idle shoulder-roll animation she grabs her arm but her hand's floating about an inch away from her actual body, etc. For some reason I was always under the impression that Tali was short, but she's also nearly Manshep's height. Wrex's face comes to about chest/neck-height, but his hump puts him at same or taller, depending on armor.
