Battery Eliminator Circuit (UBEC) for Multi- and Single-Rotor (UAS) Series- $110.00
ENGINEERING THE UNSEEN Overview
The new UBEC UVC series is compatible with 4S LiPo - 14S LiHV power systems and allows for clean, voltage-regulated power for critical flight electronics and peripheral equipment (including 12V aerial photography and high-end UAS equipment). The KDE-UBECUVC is designed to eliminate the need for an external battery pack, and allows for simple adjustment of the regulated output voltage for direct compatibility to your electronics and power applications. Six (6) power-output ports are provided in addition to a high power output lead for peripheral equipment for applications requiring more power. The UBEC UVC incorporates a real-time, fast-logic monitoring of incoming current to automatically control and prevent catastrophic overload conditions. The UBEC UVC series is capable of sustaining up to 22A of total continuous current.
The series is designed for operation of multiple electronics and other high-power systems; commonly needed when linear BECs are not capable of handling the power requirements (such as those included in many off-brand ESCs) or when using high-grade, OPTO-isolated ESCs (such as the KDE Direct UAS Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) Series). The UBEC UVC allows for selection of four voltage ranges: (1) 5.0V, (2) 6.0V, (3) 8.0V, and (4) 12.0V - providing voltage-regulated and extremely low-noise power for flight controllers, servos, and even cinema-grade aerial-photography applications.
UBECs include 200°C, 16 AWG silicone-wire power-input leads, 6 JST connector ports, and 16 AWG silicone-wire power-output leads. ф3.5mm (KDEXF-BC35) and ф4.0mm (KDEXF-BC40) 24K matching Bullet Connectors are included for the power-input leads; providing simple plug-and-play compatibility with most power-distribution boards and UAS applications.
