Netflix Error S7361-1253

Sorry, we're having trouble with your request.Error Code S7361-1253

This error means a software issue with your Mac computer stopped Netflix from playing. To fix the problem, you'll need to update macOS on your Mac to version 14.0 (Sonoma) or later.

To check your computer's macOS version:

  1. In the top left corner, click the Apple icon.

  2. Click About this Mac.

  3. Next to macOS, note your computer's version.

    • If the macOS version is Ventura 13.6 or earlier, follow Apple's steps to update to the latest version of macOS.

    • If the macOS version is Sonoma 14.0 or later, contact us for help.

If your Mac isn't able to update to macOS version Sonoma 14.0 or later, try Netflix again using a different supported browser, like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
