Whenever i watch a movie on Netflix.com, it glitches and then freezes and i get error code s7361-1253. My software is up to date ( macOS Catalina 10.15.4) i talked to Netflix support and they still have no idea why it happens to me. Never had any problems in the past. It started 3 days ago.

i tried to update my software, restart my computer, empty my Safari cache. Nothing worked. I tried to run Netflix on Google Chrome and everything worked fine so my guess is there’s a problem with Safari? Please help

2 days ago, the error code was S7371-1203 but now today it changed for S7361-1253. Same glitches, same problems.

i literally just tried the PRAM reset and it completely worked. you simply shut down your laptop and then turn it on, immediately after you hear the sound of your laptop turned on, press command, alt, P and R all at the same time until the laptop makes another sound and it will hopefully work (you can google how to PRAM reset your laptop if you didn’t understand)

  • Safari error message on 2019 MacBook Pro When I try to load anything in safari: “The error is: ‘WebKit encountered an internal error’ (WebKitErrorDomain:300)” I’ve viewed this question and comments before and I read to go to the apple support link, log in, something about safe mode … I type the link in and the same error message pops up. It’s unavoidable, and making it so my laptop is useless. What do I do? 851 1
  • Problem repeatedly occurred" error in Safari 15.0 Updated software. Safari 15.0 now won't work. Can't use eBay. Reloads until error message "a problem repeatedly occurred" Been deleting/disabling things but won't work. Turn off “Enable Javascript” in Safari: Preferences: Security, won't work. Cant use Safari Technology Preview. Wont work with Catalina. Wont reinstall the Mac operating system. Thats bullying from Apple. WE pay for something, that is supposed to work and did, Apple cockup. Apple fix it. I read the same error in Safari 14. No problem until the last 2 updates, 15.. Fix it unless you are useless at your job you're been paid for. 1007 1

I did already, but it doesn’t fix my problem. I already have the latest version of macOS Catalina. I updated my laptop last week. Maybe should i try to reinstall macOS 10.15.4 ?

You can try that, but there are other posts where people running Catalina are having Netflix problems, so I'm not sure that will help.
