This is wonderful. I couldn't find rose petals so used rose hips instead and it was a delightful end to our meal. It's sweet, and next time I might try adding half the honey.

I made this iced with rose petals and vanilla extract (thought I had a bean but no dice)--delicious and gentle and surprisingly flavorful.

Made with rose petals from our garden. They weren't very shriveled so maybe I could have used more. As it was it was a very gentle flavor, more vanilla than rose. Will experiment with the rest of our rose petals, but may not be rushing out to buy more just to make this.
