I used honey and lemon........with fresh highly fragranced roses - the water even went a pale rose pink! A beautiful and calming drink - the fragrance being stronger than the flavour.........I loved this Sharon! I added a full tablespoon to the water, and then left 3 or 4 petals in the cup for appearance. Made for Flowers in May Photo Topic in the Photos Forum - another fine recipe thanks Sharon! FT:-) PS: I agree with Rita - this would be amazing in a hot bath...........wonderful! icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal French Tart Reply -
This was very interesting. Calming! This is more about aroma then flavor which was veruy mild! I wasn`t crazy about drinking it I`d rather be bathing in it! Maybe do both at once! Don`t misunderstand me it is good maybe I should have tried it with a squeeze of fresh lemon oh better yet honey in place of the sugar! Thanks for a different calming experience. icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal Rita1652 Reply
