Route 224 is the easternmost route in Sinnoh, accessible by passing through the east cave of Victory Road. The route features small grass fields, a beach, watery paths and a hilly climb.

How to Reach the Central Raised Strip¶

Towards the center of the area, there’s an elongated raised strip of land. At first glance, it might not be obvious how to reach there (it took us a while at least). Further west, at the edge of the grassy field, there’s a small gap where you can squeeze between the trees. It’s just above the 3 x 3 square cluster of trees.

What to Do at End of Route 224¶

When you reach the endpoint of Route 224, there’s probably nothing you can do right now. However, if you have Oak’s Letter (obtained via a future event distribution), Professor Oak will appear and show you the way to Seabreak Path. This leads to the Flower Paradise where "Shaymin" Icon Shaymin is found.

(Currently, it’s possible–with sheer determination–to glitch your way to the Flower Paradise, but that’s beyond the scope of our guide.)

Razor Claw	Far south. Surf south from the left side of the central beach, following the perimeter.
PP Max	Towards the south. Hidden below the southernmost tree, while surfing towards the Razor Claw.
Sitrus Berry x2	Berry patch at the end of the central raised strip. Accessible by squeezing through the western cluster of trees.
Bluk Berry x3	Berry patch at the end of the central raised strip. Accessible by squeezing through the western cluster of trees.

Pearl x2	Towards the north-east. Hidden among the north wall east from the hidden Big Pearl, on the other side of the pair of rocks. There are two Pearls close together.
Destiny Knot	Along the way towards the north hill. Near the Dragon Tamer.
