    Last Updated: 25 Jul 2022 2377-22/32 have now been replaced by the new 2377-77 Level 3 Award in the In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment (603/6790/8). Centres offering the old qualifications will get automatic approval when applying for 2377-77. Learn how to test portable electrical appliances with a qualification in Electrical Equipment Maintenance and Testing. Aimed at practicing electricians this qualification will help and progress individuals within the Electrotechnical industry. A qualification in Electrical Equipment Maintenance and Testing is for practising electricians who want to progress in their career or move on to further study. We are issuing digital credential to learners who have completed this qualification. Please add your learners’ email address during registration. A digital credential cannot be issued without the learner’s email address. Available to deliver in the following:

    What Is Involved In Studying This Course?
    During your study you will, learn, develop and practise the skills required to inspect and test items of electrical equipment in line with the latest edition of the Code of Practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment. The certificate comprises of one core unit. For full details, download the qualification handbook from the additional documents section.

    A qualification in Electrical Equipment Maintenance and Training can help you in your work as a qualified electrician. This certification is recognised across many industries, including:

    • Engineering.
    Our qualifications can lead directly into employment, offering learners the chance to develop their skills and knowledge to a high standard recognised by the industry. In addition, we also have a number of Higher Level qualifications offered through ILM.
