wonton chien001 I had tried to write this entry in Vietnamese a few times but somehow it didn’t work. Well I guess I have to write this in English then. It’s been a few days since I posted the last entry and I like to post another one for the fun of it. I made this fried wonton a couple of weeks ago and it’s fairly an easy dish to make. Meant to post it a long time ago but never came around to do it. This dish is good for a fabulous finger foods, doesn’t take long to make and ingredients are easy to find in Asian markets or even in regular supermarkets.

I used for filling: 1/2 lb ground pork 1 Tsp fish sauce 1 Tsp oyster sauce 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Mix well and refrigerate for about 1/2 hour. After that use wonton skin (store bought) and fold the filling into a triangle or any way you want, deep fry until golden and serve with sweet and spicy sauce, also store bought, hahaha.
