I'm thinking about getting the TYC headlights, which are an H1 fit, and I want to know how I can get them to work with halogen H1's and/or HID H1's if I am able to get more money soon. OOOOH ... gotcha. the TYC lamps should come with an adapter. there's no way they'd leave ya hanging. I think what you want to do is retrofit your 9006 HID's into an H1 housing. That could be possible, but I doubt TYC would give you that kind of an adapter if they make it, since they give you H1 bulbs with the headlights. TYC projectors come with H1's and 9006 to H1 socket adapters. the 9006 bulb is just too long to cram into an H1 socket.
