XxBORAxX so ill turn on my heater or a/c and what not and it will sound good like its blowing fine then u can hear it slow like its clogged and u will hear a whistle. the air is still blowing just fine out of the vents but the whistle is coming from passenger side under the jockey box ya know. I wanna know if there is a filter or something i figured the passenger side bumper cut out was the filter for the heater and what not and there is nothing on it to make it whistle so if anyone can help me figure out how to fix this i would appreciate it the sound gets old and when that happens i just make my heater recirculate the air from the interior then the whistle stops. #1 · Mar 9, 2011 so ill turn on my heater or a/c and what not and it will sound good like its blowing fine then u can hear it slow like its clogged and u will hear a whistle. the air is still blowing just fine out of the vents but the whistle is coming from passenger side under the jockey box ya know. Last summer I replaced my pollen filter and while I did me and my friend who is a mechanic got ahold of a free trial sample of this stuff you spray into your HVAC system in your car (spray it into the hole for the cabin filter) and it cleans out all the bullshit in your car...gave that a try and the noise went away for a few months. I don't think it's the sound of your fan taking a shit, it's probably just dirty. Try replacing your pollen filter and before hand taking an air compressor or a really high velocity fan and pointing it in there and spraying it out or blowing it out. Just a thought...better than tearing apart the dash to find it. #5 · Oct 14, 2012

^^ Take these words to an auto parts place. Holy year bump... Is your car at operating temp, do you get heat from your car? Which fog do you mean, front defrost or rear? Is air blowing, wrong temp? explanation? Show more replies 0 Reply #4 · Oct 14, 2012 late reply, but were you able to find a solution to this? I am currently have the same problem, and mine actually does not clear away the fog...any suggestions? #6 · Oct 15, 2012 it was whistling because of this...
