- 1 (2-1/2 lb.) boneless turkey breast tenderloin with or without skin
- 3 tablespoons softened butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon mrs dash (table blend)
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken or turkey stock
- 3 tablespoons reserved pan drippings for gravy.
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons half & half
How To Make roast boneless turkey breast tenderloin

Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2 Mix 1/4 cup butter, garlic powder, paprika, Mrs. Dash, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

Step 3 Rub half the butter mixture over the turkey breast and underneath the skin.

Step 4 Reserve remaining butter mixture, melt for basting.

Step 5 Tent turkey breast loosely with aluminum foil. Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until thermometer reads 165 degrees in the center.

Step 6 Baste turkey breast occasionally with remaining butter mixture.

Step 7 Let turkey breast rest 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 8 Slice and serve with gravy.
- Step 9 FOR GRAVY

Step 10 Heat 3 Tbsp. pan drippings in a small sauce pan. Add flour and mix to make a roux.

Step 11 Add Chicken or turkey stock, and half & half, whisk until thickened. Salt & pepper to taste.
