What did they 'send' you ? If it is an email or viewable in a web browser, why not print it as a PDF document which you can store and print a hard copy later if you need one. UPDATE: I just logged in to My VW and the service history has been pulled, along with the new car order tracker. The service history also used to show you upcoming events, such as when routine service is due and additional optional work like AC service. This is no longer worthy of the name "Customer Service" and like so many other things, VW seems to be all over the place with their in-car tech, web sites and fragmented and constanly morphing rubbish that usually begins with "We" or "My". There was a time, if you registered your car in My Volkswagen, you could view the service history online. As noted in posts above, that feature has been withdrawn and you now have to ask a dealer to print a copy of the service history. Seems a very mean spirited move by VW and it obviously will affect anyone selling their car privately. 0 Reply #6 · Jan 23, 2022 As my car has only 3000 km I won't get a report if I ask my dealer when I will catch my car...
