What’s an eSIM?

An eSIM is a tiny chip that’s already installed in a device. Vodafone customers can enjoy the flexibility of an eSIM instead of a physical SIM on a number of compatible devices.  This means that:

• You can change providers without needing to order a physical SIM

• Dual SIM phones can support the use of two numbers with both a physical SIM and an eSIM
