In-home kitchen planning is here!

IKEA kitchen experts will come to your home, measure and assess your space, and handle all the planning for $199. The initial appointment may last up to four hours and requires a follow-up session (in-store or online) to finalize your design and complete your purchase. Best of all, the $199 fee is applied toward your qualifying kitchen Installation service.

• We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
• Make sure you have enough space in your vehicle to fit your order.

Where to go

Curbside pick-up:

1. Drive to the order pick-up area in front of the store, located in the second half of the loading zone.
2. Back into one of our numbered parking spaces and check in.
3. Wait at the rear of your vehicle and we will be out with your order shortly.

• Can I bring my pet to the store?

  We love pets, but we don't allow them in our stores. We do welcome fully trained, ADA-qualified service animals to shop with you. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

• Does IKEA Canton offer special parking?

  We offer family parking spaces close to the entrance of the store to make the transition from the parking lot into the store with your little ones much quicker. We offer many handicapped parking spots at the Store Entrance, as well as our loading zone, and throughout the front area of our main parking lot. 

• Does IKEA Canton have electric vehicle (EV) charging stations?

  We currently offer 3 EV charging stations located on the East side of the parking lot.

• Are wheelchairs available for customers to use while shopping?

  We have wheelchairs available upon request in our Store Entrance Lobby. Our greeter will gladly assist you! 

• Are motorized scooters available for customers?

  Yes, our store has one motorized scooter available upon request in our Store Entrance Lobby. 

• Where can Click & Collect orders be picked up?

  The Click & Collect Order Pick-Up areas can be found on the left (West) side of the building for drive up, or inside the building in the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up entrance. 

• What services do you offer for customers shopping with children?

  At IKEA Canton we strive to keep the importance and needs of families top of mind. Here are a few examples of simple ways we try to make your visit to IKEA Canton a great one!

  • We offer family parking spaces close to the entrance of the store to make the transition from the parking lot into the store with your little ones much quicker.
  • We offer baby care rooms in the hallway next to the restaurant, and downstairs in between the cash lanes and the entrance lobby.
