The initial appointment may last up to four hours and requires a follow-up session (in-store or online) to finalize your design and complete your purchase. • We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
• Make sure you have enough space in your vehicle to fit your order.

Where to go

For curbside pick-up:

1. Follow signs to the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up parking spots.
2. Back into one of the designated spots and check-in.
3. We will be out with your order shortly. If loading assistance is needed, we are happy to help!
4. Please have this email ready to show and verify your order number with the coworker.

For in-store pick-up:

1. Follow signs to the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up parking spots.
2. Enter through the Exchanges and Returns Entrance.
3. Turn left and proceed to the Furniture Pick-Up Counter to pick-up your order.

• Partner with Partnerships for Children to host toy donation drives and volunteer for Holiday Wishes.  
• Host the Heart Gallery to connect families interested in adoption to select children in care of Child Protective Services that seek permanency.

• Can I bring my pet to the store?

  We love pets, but we don't allow them in our stores. We do welcome fully trained, ADA-qualified service animals to shop with you. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

• Does IKEA Round Rock offer special parking?

  We offer family parking spaces close to the entrance of the store to make the transition from the parking lot into the store with your little ones much quicker as well as fuel-efficient car parking spaces. We also offer many handicapped parking spots at the Store Entrance, as well as our loading zone, and throughout the front area of our main parking lot. 

• Does IKEA Round Rock have electric vehicle (EV) charging stations?

  We currently offer 2 EV charging stations located on the west side of the parking lot. 

• Are wheelchairs available for customers to use while shopping?

  We have wheelchairs available upon request in Smaland in our Store Entrance Lobby. Our greeter will gladly assist you! 

• Are motorized scooters available for customers?

  Yes, we have 2 motorized scooters available in our Store Entrance Lobby.

• Where can Click & Collect orders be picked up?

  The Click & Collect Order Pick-Up area can be found on the left (East) side of the building for drive up, or inside the building at the Home Delivery Desk.

• Where is IKEA Round Rock located?

  IKEA Round Rock is located in the University Oaks Shopping Center. 

• What is the closet highway to IKEA Round Rock and which exit should I take to get to the store?

  IKEA Round Rock is located at Exit 256 off the I-35 highway. 

• Is IKEA Round Round nearby any landmarks?

  IKEA Round Rock is located across University Boulevard from the Round Rock Premium Outlets. IKEA Round Rock is located 3 miles away from the famous round rock the city is named after near Chisolm Trail Road in the middle of Brushy Creek and 4.3 miles away from the infamous Round Rock Donuts. You can watch a Round Rock Express Baseball game just 6.5 miles away from IKEA Round Rock and get Salt Lick BBQ nearby.

• How far is the store from the center of the city?
