What you need to know

• Pick your order up at your earliest convenience.
• We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
• Make sure you have enough space in your vehicle to fit your order.

Where to go

For in-store pick-up:

1. Park near the awning on the far side of the building by the exit and check-in.
2. Enter through the exit and go to the Click & Collect Desk in the Customer Service area.

For curbside pick-up:

1. Drive towards gray concrete wall and turn right at the awning.
2. Drive about halfway down the building and park in a marked spot on the left side in the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up area and check-in.

• Can I bring my pet to the store?

  We love pets, but we don't allow them in our stores. We do welcome fully trained, ADA-qualified service animals to shop with you. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

• Does IKEA Houston offer special parking?

  We offer family parking spaces close to the entrance of the store to make the transition from the parking lot into the store with your little ones much quicker. We offer many handicapped parking spots at the Store Entrance, as well as our loading zone, and throughout the front area of our main parking lot.

• Does IKEA Houston have electric vehicle (EV) charging stations?

  Due to construction, our EV charging stations are currently unavailable.

• Are wheelchairs available for customers to use while shopping?

  We have wheelchairs available upon request in our Store Entrance Lobby. Our greeter will gladly assist you!

• Are motorized scooters available for customers?

  No, but we have wheelchairs available for customers in our Store Entrance Lobby. 

• Where can Click & Collect orders be picked up?

  The Click & Collect Order Pick-Up areas can be found on the left (North) side of the building for drive up. Follow signs for Click & Collect. 

• What services do you offer for customers shopping with children?

  At IKEA Houston we strive to keep the importance and needs of families top of mind. Here are a few examples of simple ways we try to make your visit to IKEA Houston a great one!

  • We offer family parking spaces close to the entrance of the store to make the transition from the parking lot into the store with your little ones much quicker. 
  • We offer shopping strollers in our Market Hall. With a seat for your little one, a hook for your bags, and a place to hang your big yellow bag- these shopping strollers make navigating the store much easier.
  • You can also visit our greeter to get a Scavenger Hunt for your little ones to do during your shopping experience (For ages 16 and under). Turn it into our Bistro at the exit to redeem for a free frozen yogurt!
  • Did you forget the diaper bag in the car? Visit our greeter if you need a diaper while you are shopping.
  • Throughout the year, we offer many Family-friendly activities, workshops and events for our IKEA Family members! Not a member? Sign up today!
